The design is fused into a high-quality stainless steel tumbler. This means that it will not fade or chip. It is permanently part of your tumbler.
Production Time: Depending on the order quantity, production will take 3-7 business days. If you are needing us to create special designs, production time is 1-2 weeks depending on the design and order quantity.
Proofs:
As our designs are template-based, design proofs will only be made available upon request.
If design proofs are requested, we will delay making your order for up to 10 business days, or until we receive a response of design approval, whichever comes first.
If, after 10 business days, no response is provided to the requested, and submitted design proof, we will proceed with order fulfillment, using the initial submitted design.
Shipping: Shipping tracking information is provided on the order once it is shipped. Please be aware that there are current events that may cause shipping delays and that we are not responsible for any delays once the product has been handed over to the shipping agent.
Please note that every monitor is calibrated differently resulting in slight variations of the colors that appear on the screen.
